Responsibilities

• Enhance the customer experience, engage customers, and support organic growth.
• Take responsibility for consumer complaints and see them through to completion.
• Establish a clear mission and implement techniques geared toward achieving it.
• Create service guidelines, regulations, and standards.
• Maintain thorough records and record your interactions with customers.
• Analyze data and create reliable reports.
• Serve as a point of contact and communication between management, sales, and customer service representatives.
• Organize and oversee the processing of orders, the resolution of issues, the representation of correspondents, and telephone conversations.
• Recruit, train, and mentor customer service representatives and foster a culture that will enable them to succeed through encouragement and empowerment.
• Keep abreast of market trends and employ best practices as necessary.
• Utilize assets and manage resources to meet both qualitative and quantitative goals.
• Follow and oversee the authorized budget.
• Keep a clean workflow in accordance with priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Experience in providing support for customer service Experience working as a Customer Service Manager, Retail Manager, or Assistant Manager
• Excellent understanding of management techniques
• Knowledge of customer service tools, databases, and software at a working level
• Knowledge of the most recent developments in technology and applications in the industry
• The capacity to lead and think strategically
