Job brief
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Contract Administrator. The preferred candidate will be in charge of assessing and bargaining agreements, as well as ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. The Contract Administrator will work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate contract management.
Responsibilities
- Review and negotiate contracts, including vendor agreements, service agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and monitor contract performance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contracts and related documents.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure all contract terms are favorable and in compliance with legal and financial requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to internal teams regarding contract terms and conditions.
- Identify and mitigate potential contractual risks and liabilities.
- Assist with the development of policies and procedures related to contract management.
- Monitor and report on the status of all contracts, including renewals and terminations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, or a related field
- Minimum of three years of experience as a Contract Administrator or similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex projects with competing deadlines
- Experience in contract law and understanding of legal terminology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management software
- Capability to function autonomously as well as collaborate effectively within a team
