We are looking to hire a highly-skilled Compliance Officer to add to our team! This role will focus on ensuring that all our business processes are in line with government rules and regulations as well as company policies.
Responsibilities
- Supervise all business processes to ensure they are in line with government laws and meet our ethical standards.
- Research, organize, and compile all data found when conducting compliance risk assessments.
- Keep staff updated as we change or implement new policies.
- Regularly perform a compliance risk assessment to ensure everything is still in compliance.
Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
- Handle confidential data with discretion
- Superb analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills in both speaking and writing
- Management experience is preferred
- Driven by integrity
