Job brief

We are in search of a Clinical Director to lead the medical operations of the firm. You will need a strong knowledge of medical laws and standards, and work with employees to ensure their utmost compliance to the aforementioned standards as well as perform responsible work with patients.

Responsibilities

• Handle Resourcing and budgeting.
• Supervise compliance to internal policies, legal rules, and quality standards.
• Organize and monitor all-patient care or administrative programs and operations.
• Configure plans and strategies for the clinical department in accordance with company standards for outstanding growth and service.
• Recruit staff to ensure the department is staffed with qualified workers.
• Collaborate with and oversee staff contributing constructive feedback.
• Work with personnel on clinical training and opportunities for career advancement.
• Arrange tasks and craft schedules for all workers.
• Analyze performance and discipline staff when required.
• Manages the hiring, development, and training of employees.
• Oversees the facility's daily operations.
• Organizes meetings and communicates with staff members.

Requirements

• Medical degree
• 9+ years of clinical experience
• 4+ years of managerial or leadership experience
• Professional and clean character
• Good understanding of standard medical procedures
• Strong comprehension of ISO standards
• Great knowledge of medical legislation
• Fantastic communication abilities
• Outstanding people and interpersonal skills
• Organizational and time management skills
