Job brief
We are seeking an experienced and professional Chiropractor to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in neuromusculoskeletal conditions, examining and assessing patients, and providing Chiropractic treatment to patients. The role's key focus will be to examine, assess and diagnose patients’ conditions and provide treatment to help relieve or cure their symptoms.
Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments by attentively listening to patients' concerns and reviewing medical records.
- Conduct physical examinations on patients by testing their reflexes and posture to determine any underlying issues.
- Keep a record of patients' data and keep detailed records of every treatment session completed.
- Use chiropractic techniques to diagnose neuromusculoskeletal conditions and treat them.
- Perform necessary skeletal adjustments to relieve pain within a patient's body.
- Reduce tension within a patient's muscles by using massage therapy techniques.
- Consult with patients and offer techniques and ideas for them to improve their physical health and comfort, some of which can be done by the patient at home.
- Refer patients to see other healthcare professionals when necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in biology or related field
- Minimum of three years of training as a chiropractor
- Licensed and certified to practice in the state/country you reside in
- Minimum of two years previous experience with hands-on chiropractic work
- Physically able to move patients and examine limbs and other body parts
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
