Job brief
We are looking for a Chief Talent Officer to identify, recruit, and manage talent relationships to benefit the organization's performance. The role is also responsible for finding talented individuals within the company and planning long-term succession strategies, guiding and supporting the organization on all HR matters to meet its strategic goals and objectives for growth and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior management to identify and address critical HR needs and produce an effective long term HR strategy.
- Create benchmarks to monitor organizational and employee performances, employee relations, career development, and training.
- Develop, integrate and manage the establishment of HR policies such as performance reviews, succession planning, training and mentoring, career development, onboarding...
- Develop and carry through strategies in order to identify and address talent and performance gaps within the organization.
- Elaborate strategies aimed at attracting and retaining top talents in the organization.
- Build and develop a high-performance talent management team.
- Work with senior management in order to define and communicate effectively the organization’s values to bolster performance excellence.
- Create an HR culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Human Resources
- 8+ years of experience in a general HR leadership role developing HR programs
- Demonstrated past success in leading HR transformation efforts including building teams, driving innovation, and improving value and cost
- Proven experience in developing and evolving talent acquisition and retentions strategies
- Experience in presenting HR plans supported with data to senior management
- Strong Strategic Management & strategy implementation skills
- Outstanding relationship-building skills with all levels of professionals
