Job brief
We are seeking a Chief Marketing Officer to govern the development and execution of our marketing campaigns. The role will revolve around managing all marketing operations, which includes improving current initiatives and formulate new strategies to support growth and increase revenue.
Responsibilities
- Design up with marketing strategies to support the company’s strategies, objectives and unique identity.
- Define and adapt the company’s addressable market, segment it and define the go to market strategy.
- Set marketing objectives and goals and report on performance to senior management.
- Drive an organic growth strategy leveraging key assets such as SEO, content and referral.
- Oversee and manage all the company’s PR, content marketing and other releases.
- Work closely with the company’s CPO and product team to assist in the launch of new products and assisting with the growth of existing products.
- Build, mentor and manage a high performing marketing team responsible ideation, designing and implementing marketing campaigns and user engagement strategies to accelerate the development of the brand and continuously measure the effectiveness of such projects.
- Drive a culture of constant learning, analysis and testing to innovative ways to grow revenue and scale marketing efforts.
- Responsible for P&L or acquisition costs for marketing.
Requirements
- 10-15+ years of experience in a marketing leadership role at a high growth company.
- Proven track record of leading and effectively scaling a marketing function through a period of rapid growth
- Designed high performing marketing systems, processes, and automation
- Track record of consistently exceeding goals and revenue targets
- Understanding of market research and data analysis methods
- Data and results driven
- Ability to both manage and be hands-on when needed
- Strong foundation of marketing experience and a passion for continuous growth and learning
