Job brief
We are seeking a business analyst to join our project management team and work alongside other business analysts. Main tasks include making detailed requirement analyses, performing user acceptance testing, discovering areas of improvement, and presenting findings.
Responsibilities
- Studying current practices and creating improvements can help to improve systems.
- Identify project milestones, phases, and elements; build project teams; and set a project budget to define project needs.
- Tracking activities allows you to keep track of the project's development.
- Keep information secret to maintain user confidence and protect operations.
- As needed, contribute to the team effort by completing associated findings.
- Develop cost estimation models and validate resource requirements.
- Evaluate business processes and determine areas of improvement.
- Develop optimization strategies stemming from the ongoing review of business processes.
- Conduct quality assurance.
- Develop alerting and reporting conditions.
- Keep up to date with the latest process and technology advances to improve systems.
- Head business reviews internally and draft reports for management.
- Gather critical information from meetings and other business processes.
- Present findings and recommendations in meetings.
- Ensure timely completion of projects and monitor deliverables.
- Work closely with relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- Master’s in Business field or related field
- 5 years minimum experience in business analysis or similar role
- Strong technical and documentation skills
- Excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to present difficult concepts to non-technical users
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Excellent planning and organization skills
- Microsoft Office literate
