Brand Ambassador job brief
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to represent our brand professionally while establishing relationships with customers. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for increasing brand awareness and promoting our products and services to potential customers.
Brand Ambassador responsibilities
- Attend events and trade shows to network with industry professionals and represent our brand to visitors.
- Implement marketing campaigns that successfully increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and industry professionals, including influencers and bloggers.
- Create and deliver engaging presentations to communicate key brand messages and product information.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce promotional materials that maintain brand consistency.
- Analyze customer feedback and provide strategic insights to improve brand growth and product development.
- Act as a liaison between our brand and customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services to ensure customers receive accurate information.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the marketing team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in a brand ambassadorship, sales, or marketing
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to speak confidently in front of small and large groups of people
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with customers, influencers, and industry professionals
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and in a team
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Knowledge of marketing and social media platforms
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and CRM systems
