Job brief
We are seeking a service-focused, dynamic and adaptable Aviation Account Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience within the travel industry, with excellent connections and the ability to service partner accounts seamlessly. The focus of the role is to provide outstanding client experiences for our partners, assist them with purchasing new equipment or routes, and help them get the most from their relationship with the airline.
Responsibilities
- Keep all customer records up to date on the internal CRM system.
- Speak with clients via telephone and email on a regular basis to ensure the satisfaction of service.
- Actively promote and cross-sell new routes/equipment/items they may require.
- Ensure account holders are up to date with payments on their accounts.
- Liaise with clients and partners to resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Assist partners with choosing the right services/products for their needs.
- Build a pipeline of new partners to contact and market to.
- Ensure that partner accounts are serviced in accordance with KPI’s and SOP’s set out by the department.
- Assist partners and clients with providing ETA’s on services etc.
Requirements
- Associate degree or above in business, customer relations, or other related field
- Minimum of 2 years previous experience in a customer-focused or sales role
- 4 years of experience within the travel, tourism, or leisure industry would be highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent computer skills with a robust knowledge of using CRM systems to track client and partner information.
- Great problem-solving abilities
- A keen eye for details
- Able to confidently work under pressure
- Experience with working towards targets, deadlines, KPI’s
- Previous customer service experience is essential
- Great interpersonal skills
