Job brief

We are seeking a detail-focused, organized, and professional Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience in hands-on auditing and be an expert with regulatory guidelines, along with having excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. The key focus of the role will be to ensure auditing is completed in a timely manner in line with both the business regulations and the regulatory body guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Identify the need for auditing and develop an audit schedule to meet the business needs.
  • Work in line with the audit schedule.
  • Follow the guidelines for auditing set out by the audit manager and the governing body's regulations
  • Uploading audit findings onto the system and preparing audit reports.
  • Present reports to management when required.
  • Conduct spot audits and independent audits when needed.
  • Preparing audit analysis for various departments.
  • Notify management of executives of irregularities that arise within your audits.
  • Advising executives on regulatory compliance standards and how to meet them.
  • Attend regular training workshops and conferences to update your skill set.
  • Keep up to date with the latest compliance and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelors’ Degree or above in Business Administration, or related field or vocational qualification and relevant experience
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience within an auditing role
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Demonstrated analytical skills
  • Adept with using computer programs such as Excel, Outlook, or other software as required
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organized and able to work under pressure to specific deadlines
