Job brief
We are looking for an experienced Assessor to join our team. In this role, you will be tasked with evaluating and assessing the skills and knowledge of employees to identify areas where they require improvement or additional training. As an Assessor, you will work closely with employees, managers, and trainers to ensure that all employees are meeting the required standards for their role. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide constructive feedback.
Responsibilities
- Assess the skills and knowledge of employees to determine the level of training required.
- Develop and implement training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of employees.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to ensure they are meeting the needs of employees.
- Provide feedback to employees on their performance and areas where they require improvement.
- Develop and implement assessments and evaluation tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
- Work closely with managers and trainers to identify areas where employees require additional support and training.
- Ensure that all assessments and evaluations are conducted in a fair and unbiased manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all assessments, evaluations, and training programs.
- Keep up to date with industry standards and best practices in training and assessment.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Knowledge of training and assessment best practices
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Flexibility to travel and work outside normal business hours if required
