Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate records of appointments scheduled, including appointment times, venues, and client contact information.
- Use effective communication skills and persuasive techniques to overcome objections, close deals, and meet appointment setting targets.
- Actively participate in team meetings to discuss strategies, share ideas, and help develop new approaches to improve our appointment setting performance.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service when interacting with clients or potential clients.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and industry-related news to develop an acute understanding of our target audience's needs and how our products/services can best serve them.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in appointment setting or a similar role within a sales environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to persuade, influence, and negotiate
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding appointment setting targets
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies is an added advantage
- Should possess a high level of professionalism and positive attitude
- Must be self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for sales and customer service
- Must have excellent computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
