We are in search of an Analytics Manager to analyze, develop, and present solutions that answer organizational challenges utilizing data. The ideal Analytics Manager would oversee the extraction and collection of the data and work cross-departmentally to assist with decision-making and tracking of KPIs and other metrics.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and track KPIs for the company across departments.
- Lead analytics projects or other projects related to extracting data with the purpose of deriving insights that support the company.
- Develop strategies for successful data analysis and reporting.
- Implement data analytical tools and statistics to produce actionable insights.
- Find business opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Craft reports on findings and makes concise presentations to management.
- Keep in alignment with industry best practices.
- Develop a data warehouse with the technology department to manage and store data efficiently.
- Measure, track, and review the performance of projects.
- Assists with other projects as required.
- Work with marketing and sales teams to improve decision-making processes.
- Develop and oversee the generation of reports and performance dashboards, as well as their distribution.
- Manage cross-company strategy implementation initiatives and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Collect data, set measurements, and benchmarks, and assess data effectiveness, collaborate with finance and operational staff.
- Contribute to the development of business cases by assisting in their development.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Business Intelligence or data-related field
- 8+ years of experience working with analytics, data, and BI
- 3+ years of management or leadership experience in business
- Experience in market research
- Exquisite communicative and presentation skills

- Proficient in BI dashboards and tools
