Actor job description

Job brief

We are in search of an actor to work full-time in performing shows and recorded videos in an acting capacity to promote the organization’s products. The ideal candidate would have a friendly personality and good charisma.

Responsibilities

• Give assistance during casting calls to help in the selection of suitable actors.
• Participate in table readings to become accustomed to the script.
• Memorize scripts for verbatim.
• Rehearse choreography and dance moves.
• Attend small group meetings and practice rehearsals in anticipation of the final show.
• Listen to instructions pertaining to your movement and acting performance from the director.
• Promote shows to fans during organization events.
• Represent the organization at press and media events.
• Pitch ideas you deem appropriate to the project.
• Portray the characters authentically according to the character’s personal traits and circumstances.

Requirements

• Graduated from an acting academy
• Strong emotions and confidence in performing
• Demonstrable experience as an actor
• 4+ years of experience acting
• Fantastic reading and memorization abilities
• Knowledge of hairstyling, make up, and good clothing choices for appropriate scenes
• Clear and expressive communication capabilities
• Tenacious and creative, but humble
