We are seeking an experienced Account Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and a proactive attitude. The Account Representative will be responsible for managing and maintaining existing client relationships, generating new business, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients by being proactive in providing innovative solutions and exceptional customer service.
- Generate new business by identifying potential clients, developing new leads, and pitching our products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies that meet or exceed company targets.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to stay up-to-date with industry developments and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our products and services.
- Manage a sales pipeline, track progress, and provide regular reports and updates to management.
- Negotiate contracts, agreements, and pricing with clients and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to management while maintaining a high level of diplomacy, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven work experience as an Account Representative or Sales Representative, with a track record of exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in using Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team with a customer-oriented approach
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales forecasting tools
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Availability to travel domestically as required
