You will communicate with clients, vendors and internal teams, handle administrative tasks, prepare reports and invoices, and assist with project planning and execution.

You will also need to have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communication or a related field, and at least one year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities
- Prepare, file and retrieve sales documents.
- Update internal databases with account data.
- Coordinate meetings, calls and demos.
- Conduct research on prospects and markets.
- Liaise with internal teams for pre-and post-sales service.
- Communicate customer feedback to relevant teams.
- Create reports of campaigns and account performance.
- Perform market and competitive research.
- Help create promotional materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication or related field
- One year of experience in a similar role or industry
- Computer skills, especially MS Office and CRM software
- Experience with marketing/advertising campaigns and promotional materials
- Organizational and time-management skills
