  • How do you resolve disputes within your team?
  • How should you approach a salesperson who is not performing well?
  • What sort of sales forecasting experience do you have? List any equipment and software you employ.
  • Give an example of a period when your team failed to meet sales targets. What part did you play in the event? What did you learn from this experience, and what did you change for the upcoming sales quotas?
