Pursers play an important role in leading the cabin crew and ensuring the safety and well-being of airline passengers. They are often responsible for providing customer service, solving problems that may arise mid-flight, and ensuring that passengers are comfortable and safe during their travels. In many cases, pursers are also required to be fluent in multiple languages, which allows them to better serve the needs of international passengers.
