  • The driver will be escorted to the designated testing facility to undergo urine or breath testing for drugs and alcohol.
  • The driver will remain on paid leave until the results of the drug and alcohol test are received.

  • If the driver tests positive for drugs or alcohol, they will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
  • In accordance with DOT regulations, the driver may be required to undergo a substance abuse evaluation and comply with a treatment program before returning to duty.
