The purpose of this Outside Employment (Moonlighting) Policy is to establish guidelines and procedures for employees who engage in outside employment while employed at our company. This policy aims to ensure that outside employment does not interfere with an employee's job performance, conflicts of interest, or violate any company policies.

Outside Employment (Moonlighting) Policy Scope

This policy applies to all employees of the company, including full-time, part-time, and temporary employees. It covers any outside employment, freelance work, consultancy, or business ownership that an employee engages in while employed at the company.
