What is Job Dissatisfaction?

They can ask employees how they feel regularly, listen to what they say, give chances for them to speak up, offer training and chances to learn new things, make the workplace a positive place to be, say thanks, and give rewards when employees do well, encourage people to talk openly and deal with any problems quickly and well.
