  1. Definitions:
    Hot Desking: The practice of sharing workstations or desks among employees on an as-needed basis.
  2. Desk Allocation
    a. Employees can choose any available desk upon arrival, considering factors such as proximity to colleagues, equipment requirements, and personal preferences.
    b. Any personal items brought to the desk must be removed at the end of the workday to ensure a clean and organized workspace for the next user.
  3. Equipment Usage:
    a. Employees are responsible for setting up their workstations with the necessary equipment, such as computers, monitors, keyboards, and other peripherals. IT support will assist in case of technical difficulties.
    b. Employees should report any equipment damage or issues immediately to the IT department.
  4. Cleanliness:
