  • Make a section for exit and termination processes. The procedure that employees must follow while leaving the company should be outlined in this section. The severance payout that employees are eligible to receive should also be covered.
  • Complete and edit the Handbook. After you've written the Handbook, it's crucial to revise and polish it. This entails checking the material to make sure it is correct and current. A lawyer should also check the Handbook to make sure it complies with all legal standards.
