Accessibility Company Policy

Our company is committed to ensuring that our products, services, and facilities are accessible to all people, regardless of their abilities or disabilities. We believe that accessibility is not only a legal obligation, but also a moral and business imperative that benefits our customers, employees, and society at large.

The purpose of this policy is to:

• Define the scope and standards of accessibility that we aim to achieve and maintain
• Establish roles and responsibilities for implementing and monitoring accessibility
• Provide guidance and resources for addressing accessibility issues and requests
• Promote a culture of awareness and inclusion that values diversity and respects the dignity and rights of all people

Scope

This policy applies to all prospective or current employees of the company, as well as contractors and visitors, who possess a disability of any kind that restricts them in various ways.

Elements

We have taken actions to ensure that people with disabilities will be able to move about safely and easily and make full use of our facilities. We have:

• Implemented accessible formats in our everyday communication (e.g. screen reader-friendly website)
• Placed ramps at specific spots to facilitate the movements of wheelchairs
• Reserved parking spots for people with disabilities
• Allowed assistive devices, service animals and support persons to be in our company’s premises for as long as their services are needed

We will monitor and review this policy regularly to ensure its effectiveness and compliance with applicable laws and standards. We will also provide training and education to our staff on accessibility best practices and responsibilities.
