The Manatal product team is constantly at work to improve our platform and deliver the best value to our customers. That’s why this year we made improvements to our interface, added new features and integrations, generative AI, and more customization options than ever. Here are some of the notable improvements we’ve made to the product:

Spanish Language Support

This year we offered full support for Spanish language on Manatal. This means that the whole user interface, including menus, buttons, and descriptions, has been localized in Spanish to provide an even better experience for our Spanish-speaking users.

SMS Messaging

One of the biggest challenges in recruiting is keeping candidates engaged and informed throughout the recruitment process. That’s why this year we launched SMS messaging on Manatal.

Our SMS messaging feature allows you to send and receive text messages directly from your Manatal Inbox, streamlining your communication process and making it easier than ever to keep in touch with candidates.

With SMS messaging in Manatal, you can:

• Send and receive text messages directly from your Manatal Inbox, without switching to another app or device.
• Track and manage all your SMS conversations in one place, along with your emails and notes.
• Customize your SMS templates and signatures to save time and maintain consistency.

Currently, you can only send and receive SMS from US and Canadian phone numbers. If you'd like your country to be added, please let us know at support@manatal.com.

AI-Assisted Job Description Writer

Writing job descriptions can be time-consuming and tedious. You want to attract the best candidates, but you also don’t want to spend hours crafting an optimized JD that also attracts the right candidates.

That’s why we launched the AI-generated job descriptions feature this year. All you need to do is input your job details, such as title, location, responsibilities, and requirements, and click “Generate Job Description.” In seconds, you’ll get a professional and engaging job description that you can edit, save, or post right away. Given the volume of job descriptions that recruiters have to juggle every day, we believe this saves our users an invaluable amount of time.

Document Signing

Signing documents can be a hassle, especially when you have to deal with multiple parties, formats, and deadlines. You want to make the process as smooth and secure as possible, both for you and your candidates.

That’s why we integrated Adobe Sign into Manatal, the leading e-signature solution trusted by millions of users worldwide. With Adobe Sign, you can:

Microsoft Teams Meetings

Do you use Microsoft Teams to communicate and collaborate with your candidates and your team? If so, you’ll love this feature that lets you create meeting links using Microsoft Teams when setting up Activities in Manatal.

This integration seamlessly connects with your Office 365 account and syncs with your Outlook calendar, so you can easily schedule and join meetings from within Manatal.

With Microsoft Teams meeting links, you can:

• Invite candidates and your team members to join online meetings with a single click.
• Share your screen, chat, and use other Microsoft Teams features during the meeting.
• Access the meeting recording and transcript after the meeting ends.
• Keep track of your meeting history in Manatal.

Multilingual Career Pages

Your career page is your window to the world. It’s where you showcase your company culture, values, and vision, and where you attract and engage potential candidates for your open positions.

But what if your career page is only in one language, and you want to reach out to candidates from different countries and regions?

That’s why we added more language options for your career page, besides English and Spanish. You can now switch the language of your career page to French, German, Portuguese, Dutch, Thai, or Bahasa Indonesia to address candidates in their native languages.

By changing the language of your career page, you can:

• Expand your talent pool and reach more qualified candidates from different markets and backgrounds.
• Enhance your employer brand and reputation, by showing that you value and support multiculturalism and multilingualism.

Changing the language of your career page is easy and fast. You don’t need to create separate pages or use third-party tools. You just need to select your preferred language from a drop-down menu, and your career page’s menus will be translated.

Every recruitment process is unique and requires different criteria and data to evaluate candidates. That’s why we made it possible for you to create custom fields for your matches, so you can tailor Manatal to your specific needs.

With custom fields, you can:

• Add any type of information you want to your matches, such as ratings, comments, scores, or tags.
• Choose from different field types, such as text, number, date, checkbox, or dropdown.
• Filter and sort your matches based on your custom fields, to find the best candidates faster and easier.
• Export your matches with your custom fields, to share and analyze your data.

Use any Native or Custom Fields as Email Tags

Email tags are a smart and convenient way to personalize your email templates and make them more relevant and engaging for your recipients. An email tag is a placeholder in an email that is replaced with specific content when the email is sent, such as the candidate’s name, the job title, or the interview date.

You can use any native or custom field in your account as an email tag, giving you more flexibility and customization options for your email templates. For example, you can use a custom field to insert a unique code, a link, or a rating for each candidate.

To create email templates with email tags, you just need to select the field you want to use from a drop-down menu and insert it into your email template.

LinkedIn Recruiter Compatibility with Chrome Sourcing Extension

Finding and importing candidates from LinkedIn has never been easier, thanks to our Chrome sourcing extension. You can use our extension with any LinkedIn account type, including LinkedIn Recruiter, to source candidates directly to Manatal.

With our Chrome sourcing extension, you can:

• Import candidate profiles from LinkedIn to Manatal with one click, without leaving the LinkedIn page.
• Parse candidates’ public information, such as name, email, phone, location, education, and work experience, and attach them to the candidate profiles in your ATS.
• View and edit the imported candidate profiles in Manatal, and add them to your jobs, pipelines, and talent pools.
