This year we offered full support for Spanish language on Manatal. This means that the whole user interface, including menus, buttons, and descriptions, has been localized in Spanish to provide an even better experience for our Spanish-speaking users.

One of the biggest challenges in recruiting is keeping candidates engaged and informed throughout the recruitment process. That’s why this year we launched SMS messaging on Manatal.
Our SMS messaging feature allows you to send and receive text messages directly from your Manatal Inbox, streamlining your communication process and making it easier than ever to keep in touch with candidates.
With SMS messaging in Manatal, you can:

That’s why we added more language options for your career page, besides English and Spanish. You can now switch the language of your career page to French, German, Portuguese, Dutch, Thai, or Bahasa Indonesia to address candidates in their native languages.

With custom fields, you can:

You can use any native or custom field in your account as an email tag, giving you more flexibility and customization options for your email templates. For example, you can use a custom field to insert a unique code, a link, or a rating for each candidate.
To create email templates with email tags, you just need to select the field you want to use from a drop-down menu and insert it into your email template.
LinkedIn Recruiter Compatibility with Chrome Sourcing Extension
Finding and importing candidates from LinkedIn has never been easier, thanks to our Chrome sourcing extension. You can use our extension with any LinkedIn account type, including LinkedIn Recruiter, to source candidates directly to Manatal.
With our Chrome sourcing extension, you can:
- Import candidate profiles from LinkedIn to Manatal with one click, without leaving the LinkedIn page.
- Parse candidates’ public information, such as name, email, phone, location, education, and work experience, and attach them to the candidate profiles in your ATS.
