Job Brief

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to develop and manage marketing programs in specific channels, support business objectives, lead acquisition, foster customer retention, execute business development, provide sales support, and advance brand building.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing plans to achieve business objectives and sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends.
  • Analyze and interpret data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as sales and product development, to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
  • Develop and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels, such as print, digital, and social media.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and other partners involved in marketing efforts.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives to senior management.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities for growth, such as expanding into new markets or developing new products or services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in marketing, sales, or related fields
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and make strategic decisions
  • Creativity, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
  • Deep understanding of marketing principles, consumer behavior, and industry trends
  • Familiarity with various marketing channels, such as digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising
  • Professional certifications, such as the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) or the American Marketing Association (AMA) Certified Marketer designation, are preferred
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire team members, delegate tasks, and provide feedback
